When I received my order Monday it was short one battery even though the package was marked 2 batteries.I called CELLOUNGE at their customer service number. A very polite lady told me they were sorry for the mistakeand would ship the other battery that day. I received the battery this morning FedEx. The origonal shipment was not due until 8/23/10. What can I say- GREAT SERVICE .

| I needed a new battery for my Sony Ericsson W580i. A local battery store said $40 and they would have to order it. AT&T wanted $60. No way. I ordered this battery and within three days, it arrived. It works perfectly! The price is great too. If you need a replacement battery like I did, get this one. |

First, the standard stuff! Prompt shipping although you couldn't track the shipment with the number provided. The packaging was good, however not unlike others here have commented, you really can't tell if it's new. It does seem to be an OEM original.
Have the battery for about a month now and it has performed as expected. No error messages on the phone, seems to last as long as the old one, charges normal and holds the charge.
Bottom line, it cost 75% less than purchasing through Sony or your wireless company and I got to keep the phone, which I love. This also meant that I didn't have to buy a new phone, pay connection fees or sign up for a two year committment with an upgrade. |

I purchased this battery from A1 accessories for about 12 USD (including shipping - I guess it was $7+$5 for S&H).
The battery itself is pretty decent - Upon charging fully, it retains the charge for about 2 days (of normal usage).
However, on a few occasions, my phone (w580i) refused to charge the battery and notified me to insert an original Sony Ericsson Battery !
Nevertheless, the phone simply accepted the battery after I took-it out and re-placed it again.
It serves my purpose for now. Apart from the product being a (pretty decent) fake, I have no complaints with it. The shipping was prompt and I got it delivered within 2 to 3 days ! |

| I bought this to replace my old Sony Ericsson W580i battery which would no longer hold a charge after 18 months of use. The original battery was great, would stay charged for 5 days or more depending on use, sometimes up to a week. This replacement will only stay charged for 2-3 days tops, and loses all power rather suddenly when the time is up. It was very inexpensive, so you get what you pay for. As long as you have access to your phone charger regularly, it will serve its purpose. If you've grown accustomed to long times between plug-ins, you may be disappointed. |

| The battery came in OEM fashion with no box, only a plastic baggie. It was inexpensive. I switch it out all the time making good use of both batteries (original and new). It works and holds a charge so I'm happy with the purchase-would do it again. |
